What services are included at The Yost Barn?
A.The Yost Barn is an all-inclusive wedding venue. Your $17,750 rental includes guest tables and chairs, table florals, your wedding cake, use of both the Main Yost Barn and the Carriage House, a Friday evening rehearsal, and full on-site coordination — florals, cake, and rentals are handled so you can focus on your day.

What services are NOT included at The Yost Barn??
A.Catering and bar service, photography, and music (DJ or band) are the client's responsibility to arrange. We exclusively partner with Farmhouse Table Food for catering — clients coordinate directly with them.

Do you provide in-house catering services?
A.While we don't offer in-house catering, we exclusively partner with Farmhouse Table Food for all food and beverage services. Clients coordinate directly with them to create the perfect menu for their day.
What rentals are included in the rental fee?
A.Guest Tables, Guest Chairs, Table Florals, Wedding Cake, 1 Gifts/Cards Table, 3-Stall Bathroom Trailer, (4) Whiskey Barrels, (4) Propane Mushroom Heaters, Café Lights, (4) Crystal Chandeliers, (1) Arbor.
Do you have heat & AC?
A.We currently do not have air conditioning- the tall barn ceiling helps keep the space cool and comfortable. We do however have 4 propane mushroom heaters for the cooler fall months.
What is the rental time frame and event hours?
A.The Yost Barn hosts one wedding per weekend. Your rental includes a one-hour rehearsal Friday evening. On your wedding day, access begins at 2:00 PM, with ceremony at 4:00 PM, cocktail hour from 5:30–6:30 PM in the Carriage House, and dinner/reception from 6:30–7:30 PM in the Main Yost Barn. The event concludes at 10:00 PM, with all rented items removed and the venue cleared that night.
Do you have restrooms?
A.Yes, we do have a three stall restroom trailer onsite! ADA is also available for an additional charge.
Do you require a booking deposit?
A.To reserve your wedding date, we require a signed rental agreement along with non-refundable retainer of 50% of the rental rate. The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to your scheduled event date.
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is due with your second payment. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your event if there are no damages or excessive cleanup.
Do you offer planning, design and coordination packages at The Yost Barn?

Music Policy
A.The Yost Barn can accommodate DJs and bands. Outdoor wedding ceremonies and cocktail hour can have speaker systems for lounge level music. We reserve the right to maintain all noise at a reasonable level and music must conclude by 10:00pm.
Pet Policy
A.We love our furry friends, however we're not allowing pets at our venue at this time.
How is The Yost Barn different from other barn venues?
A.Most barn venues rent you an empty space. We include table florals, cake, tables, and chairs in your rate, plus two distinct barns on one property — the Carriage House for cocktail hour and the Main Barn for ceremony and reception — so your whole day flows across a single, beautiful setting without renting a second venue.
